Diversity and inclusion policy

In our recently conducted diversity survey as at 31 March 2023, it revealed the following:

1. Our staff gender demography reflects 66.7% female and 33.3% male.
2. On religious diversity,  it currently represents Christianity and Muslim which represents a spectrum of our clients’ base.
3. On ethnicity, our company presently has 16.7% white and 83.3% black
4. The company aims to formulate a strategy to address and improve the diversity imbalance to be reflected in our recruitment policy in future.
